Use a tad more shortening and a bit less flour...they stay set better that way.

And where the hell was MY e-mail??? I'm so lonely here. Just because I'm a total buffoon that no one takes seriously, doesn't mean I have no e-motion. I have an e-go just like everyone else which must be fed. So feed me some of them cookies. Peanut butter is good...or chocolate chip, something gooey would be fine. And don't bother sending any unless you're nekkid. And if you are nekkid, skip the cookies and send a picture. One picture is worth a thousand words or 6 dozen cookies. Of course if they're Kierkegaard's words it would take nine thousand. He was trying so hard to be Dr. Seuss, but he was mentally deranged and had a useless crank, which are no longer required to start a car unless a cat is lodged in your fan belts. But a few belts can help afterwards, both for you AND the cat.... And they might have been beneficial to Kierkegaard too, especially if he were trying to get down some of those "un-set" cookies you're talking about here. Lemme' know when your cookies set and I'll give him a call.
