I know it's not the scene on here, but please hear me out. Brought tickets for my wife and two sons (13 and 11) for Robbie Williams cocert at Knebworth (Sun). They travelled down in good time and arrived at the car park three miles away in Stevenage. After walking to the venue, my wife was horrified to find that they would not be able to see the stage or even the screens. In an attempt to gain a vantage point the attempted to go nearer to a viewing platform about a hundred yards away. It took them half an hour to go fifty yards, due to the mass of people lying on all the walkways. At this point mmy wife became concerned for the childrens safety and decided to leave the venue. At the exit she complained to officials who assured her that crowd safety measures had been fully met.

Could anyone tell me my right of a refund please?
