That one is a propaganda song, and not especially old. Perhaps it has a fine tune; I've never heard it sung, I think. "Resistance" is rather a loaded term, perhaps best not used in this context; the whole subject is a very complex and sensitive one, and can sometimes lead to arguments and bad feeling.
