Mark, Have you tried abctab2ps? The only one I've tried is ABC2Tab which has more than a few problems.

Drifting, but have you been folowing the development of the ABC 2.0 standard - latest draft here I've got lost in some of the discussion over at abcusers but I'm trying to understand and follow it all as it is the fomat we use at folkinfo.
