I might have yet another answer to this, Oakers! For a small consideration, you swap worlds with jOhn tomorrow. You turn up at Mustaffa's, having emptied yourself beforehand, and have a day as a calorie logistics executive, and jOhn wears the last pair of trews that fit, buffs the titfer, and does the interview posing as Oaklet, whilst keeping Brians tail knotted canvas side of the pocket lining. You know, I think it'll work!

See you at the Hase, if the memsahib ever lets me out again. She's a saint, that woman.

Garforth

Good luck with the interview, David. I hope the suit has recovered from Saturday night. May the force be with you. And hope to turn up at the Hase tomorrow night but am unsure of this. Suspect the present Mrs DeanMeister already has plans and I will be stuck babysitting. Hmmmph.

The man jOhn is very difficult to pan9 down at the moment. He states his intent to partake in musical happenings freely and some hours later posts to inform us that he fell asleep9 or was too pissed8. But at the busk, he just plain didn't show. He might have been discouraged by the jiggling rehearsal that ending up in a spilt pile of CD, a broken tellyphone and an awoken hamster. And several bruised oranges. Tonight will be a test. He claims attendance at the Hase (opposite the cherch) in Hessle7. But will he be there?6

From the Hull daily mail August 6th (Matt Stephenson's column)
Busking contest had plenty of soul
It was a fine, sunny day and there was a range of acts, including...folky types in waistcoats (or should that be wescots) singing Whisky in the Jar.
So it was you that caught the judge's eye, ossonflags!
BTW john9, Claire Frisby is the grand-daughter of the man who patented the frisbee.

I believe it was the the waistcoat and my coooooolll rendition of whiskey in the giro that might have just swung the runners up prize for us.I think I saw a glint in C F's eye,as we call her now,or was it a tear, when she came to see us.Anyway, you will be pleased to note that at least one member of p the h knows how to dress with some style and dignity,I thought it was wise for the occasion that was in it to wear one of the least bright items in my wardrobe.

Ossonflags, the woman from the telly was visibly aroused by the sight of my shapely calves and smooth skin. Stop deluding yourself.

Ha! The woman off the telly had no interest in me as she could see that I already had a very talanted partner. Pity nobody else saw us, though.

O fickle oakiepoos,

I shall be having a word with that telly woman. I thought It's only me who's allowed to be aroused by your shapely calves and smoothskin.

Deany,do not confuse winking with blinking, did a bit of that myself when I saw your shapely calves on the saturday night!!!

Les,although not been formaly introduced to them, I am sure you have very shapely calves.
