Subject: RE: Ready for the storm From: Roger Himler Date: 12 Oct 98 - 06:57 PM tulletje, The song is called Ready for the Storm. It was written by Dougie Mac Lean. It is availabe on his CD The Dougie Mac Lean Collection, produced in 1995 by Putumayo label. If you have Real Audio, a sample of the song is available HERE. This is probably is most recorded song. I am sorry I don't know the words, but I bet someone on the 'Cat does. Good luck with the song. Roger in Baltimore |

And thanks to Joe Offer for the words of the song (i didn't know this way of communication would be that interactive! Hear from you again, Geert |
Subject: RE: Ready for the storm From: Joe Offer Date: 14 Oct 98 - 02:36 AM Geert, what roger suggested is that you download the free RealPlayer (click here) software so you can play recordings that are available in many places on the Web. The latest version of RealPlayer needs Windows 95, but there are other versions that will work in more primitive systems. You can even e-mail RealPlayer songs to people. -Joe Offer- |
