Welcome Back Micheal Mhor, I've missed you big guy! It's good to have you home again where you belong. Thanks to Official Doorwarden and Greeter Praise, we have a whole slew of new 'Catters just itching to get involved in the fun. Wait till they meet you! You one of those "Men You Don't Meet Every Day" kinda guys! Hey, let's get all the newbies in and introduce them to Mick? Maybe tell them a story? The one about Finn MacCumhal and the 7 small men sounds good....

Gee, Mick, I hadn't even noticed you were gone (of course I've been incommunicado for most of the last month as well--so I have missed you, but I thought it was because I was gone...). I assume that you are returning from another extended battle against the forces of evil; good on yer.

By the way, Shay Black and his brothers are playing Thursday night at the Freight and Salvage, the Berkeley folk venue/coffee house, along with Kate Brubeck and singer/champion Irish dancer Eileen (I don't know her last name). Shay frequently asks me to pass his greetings on to you.

The paradoxical thing is that this thread, which is about someone who appears to be a total asset to the Mudcat, and the "real" world, is probably going to a short one - whereas the other current one about that fella who, at present, is definitely not an asset (whose name I have resolved never to use) is already well over 100 posts long, with no sign of finishing.
