Subject: News of Buster the Line Dancing Dawg From: Big Al Whittle Date: 12 Apr 07 - 12:07 PM Got an interesting e-mail from a lady in Wales this week. She had been searching for my song Buster the Line Dancing Dawg. Apparently she has a line dance group in Swansea called the Riverside Stompers, or the Ystalyfera Bootscoters, and they have been doing a dance to the song called Busters Bonesearch. The song, which the Americana website described as 'taking back the cause of country music by at least 30 years', may be of interest as it features the talents of several UK folkies Mick Bedford(ex- Chumbawumba), Willy Jackson (ex Magna Carta), Dave Forbes (ex Celtic Minstrel and Sacre Bleu), Jack Hudson and me. You can access it the Americana and the Anglicised version here:- http://bigalwhittle.co.uk/id19.html If you would like to dance Busters Bonesearch, I am reliably informed you can access all the information you need on the kickit website. |
