Subject: RE: Herga(UK) tonight 16Jul08 From: Pete_Standing Date: 16 Jul 07 - 04:55 PM Helen Bell - a very talented viola player, has the tone and style of the likes Swarbrick and Nancy Kerr. I've seen them a couple of times now at Oxford, they are worth the trip. |

Subject: Herga(UK) tonight 16Jul08 From: George Papavgeris Date: 16 Jul 07 - 01:27 PM Just a singers night, but I have it on good authority that a due from York will be popping in: Pillowfish, aka Tom Drinkwater & Helen Bell. I listened to their album 2 weeks ago, and will be featuring them in the first of a series of programmes I am currently making for Radio Britfolk ("In With The New"). Looking forward to meeting them tonight - boody well worth a visit to Herga, if you are at a loose end. |
