Stallion,I've been trying to forget the Donkey that Chairman Gilroy started years ago, and Chairman Ken Arkley Doesn't mention it so often nowadays, he has plenty of other insults for the performers! I can't help but admire his wit, I have to say.

yes, got a bout of A-fib three songs in but it only lasted 2 songs and I was back to my chirpy self. We sang all the way home, thats a two hour drive, Martin nodded off a few times but he does that when standing on a stage listening to me! We wuz buzzing and were going through some new stuff, new to us anyway. Anne A kept her blouse buttoned last night which was a good thing since my ticker might not have taken another flash. oops that was a bit wicked! Oh and Martin got a round in, note in your diaries everyone.

Well blow me down, every time I go to SS I precede it with a spell in hospital, out now, had a sing last night at Ron's and all is ok. One song was interesting, I swapped harmonies with Martin cos I was struggling at the top and so we have a top tenor singing under the baritone (that was what Martin said, I only sing and fit in where I can!)

cheers Lynne, it will be our third visit and it is always a cracking night, it is one of the most memorable venues, the place is full of characters, it's worth a visit just to hear the regulars, the singers nights must be magic!
