Thank you all for replying to my request. the song you all refer to isThe Irish Wedding Song Written by Ian Betteridge .The song I refer to Is A Wedding Song O This song was written by Donal o' Shaughnessy.
The Lyrics can be found on Donals site under A This is a clip of this song there as well but he only sings the last verse and does not sing the chorus which is most essential in the singing of this song
