Had a GREAT time in Henley last night, as we were blessed with Bill McKinnon and his melodeon ( and Linda from Facebook and Oxford !! ), but Alas !!    It was also FOOTBALL ( Ugh !! ) night in the public bar, so lots of puerile cheering and shouting ensued------Apparently, this can be expected for many Tuesdays to come, so the Henley club -night will ,in future, be on a THURSDAY ( Yes, it clashes with Seven Stars, but can't be helped ). Pity, but Footie comes first, if you are a Landlord. So next Horse & Groom night will be Feb 28 th.   -----IF a big problem with Seven Stars, then we can look at Wednesdays maybe ?? Any suggestions ??

Just a reminder that Henley Folk Club has its regular meeting tomorrow (4th Tuesday of the month) at the Horse and Groom, New St, Henley, 8:00 onwards. Free parking in the car park above Waitrose. Hope to see some of you there.
