Subject: Review: Steve Mann, west coast blues legend, NOW From: Rolly Brown Date: 22 Jan 08 - 08:22 AM Here's a video of Steve Mann, the west coast acoustic blues legend who influenced Stefan Grossman (Blues for the Mann), Jorma Kaukenon (Mann's Fate), Paul Geremia (who recorded Steve's tune "Holly" and his arrangement of Drown In My Own Tears) and many others. Steve disappeared in the 60's after a nervous breakdown and a diagnosis of schizophrenia, but re-emerged in Berkeley in 2003.
