Maybe. And then maybe it's a start to squelch illegal downloads. Heck, maybe musicians will be paid for their work that so often appears 'free of charge' on the 'net--a 'free of charge' not sanctioned by the musicians. One can but hope.

Basically, the article talks about a 'three strikes and yer out' approach to people who pirate music. Worth reading, imo.
