Folk College in Central PA

I've not been to Folk College myself, but I know a number
of people who have, and I've known some of the staff.
Reports are a fun time, good teaching, adequate food (not great quality).
If you're looking to improve your instrumental technique, it
sounds like a great place. Less so for singing and dancing.

I have not been to the folk college festible but have been to Juniata College many times
I am originally from central Pennsylvania
It is a good school with a very good reputation.
Most likely a very good thing to look into if you are interested. I am an old retired college professor myself so I know the colleges pretty well in those parts and many of the workshops they sponsor from time to time

Has anyone been to Folk College?

It depicts folk workshops at this event called "Folk College" held at Juniata College in Huntingdon PA from May 23-25, 2008.

It seems like a quality event, not some fly by night operation.
