Subject: RE: Tech: Midi2abc & abc2midi From: Joe Offer Date: 07 Jun 08 - 03:57 AM Hi, Steve - Long ago, we had a Mudcat-specific program called MIDITEXT, programmed by Mudcatter Alan of Oz. We no longer support MIDITEXT because there are other programs that are more versatile. I'm gradually converting our MISITEXT posts to MIDI files. -Joe- |

Subject: Tech: Midi2abc & abc2midi From: Steve Parkes Date: 02 Jun 08 - 02:12 PM A long time ago I downloaded these two very handy utilities, but now I can't find them on the 'Cat. Are they still about? Or is there anything more recent I can use for posting tunes, that will work ok with Win98 or XP (not Vista)? I've got a copuple of new songs to pass on, but I need to do the tunes. Ta, Steve |
