Ya have to pay, I think it is about ten bucks per month. I don't think it would be worth for someone like me, until I get things going more, but their "testimonials" are somewhat impressive. It was fun just to create the free one to send out as an email.

Oh well, I thought it was kind of fun and interesting. I can just *hear* Max welcoming all to the Mudcat or Seamus Kennedy breaking out into a rollicking Irish song when someone clicks on his website.:-)

Free for the first 15 days, this is truly weird in a funnish kind of way. Check it out: Odd Cast. If you scroll down to the Photoface on the left, then click on it. You can load your own photo, type in or record a message, play around with the looks of your photo and then listen, and/or email to someone. If you choose to create a scene, after signing up, it's pretty kewl. I created one for my website with my voice welcoming folks, etc. without the distortions offered in the Photoface thing. Anyway, it's fairly easy to use and fun. I know of one author who uses one on his website. It's supposed to attract more business, etc. Have any of you tried it?
