Subject: What Indy label has it going? From: Jayto Date: 17 Aug 08 - 02:26 PM I have noticed alot of Folk cds are put out on Indy labels. Are there any label that jumps to mind as really working it right now. It could be a great roster of artists or the sheer level of energy they have concerning promotion. I guess what I am asking is what are the hot indy labels on the scene today? I like to find Indy's and check out thier artists and then I investigate the artist's influences and on and on depending how much I like the artist. I also look at who the artist influenced or the contemporaries. I have found certain indy's sign artist's with similar sounds or influences so can you help me out? |
