Enjoy!

Animaterra
Congratulations, this is good news.
While in the area. If you or your beau surf or like to play in the surf hit Marconi or Nauset beaches & at the very least maybe bike the National Seashore if you're allowed to.
Also visit Race point beach & the sand dunes of the local area. Wear suits if you go in the water it's freezing & watch the rip.

Have a wonderful wedding & trip, hopefully we'll see you in the fall, Ha,Ha

Barry

Animaterra-

We are sorry to miss you as well!

We hope you have as great weather as we did on Sunday.

According to our new resident friends it makes a whole lot of sense to tour the Cape in September than during the crush in July and August.

Cheerily,
Charley Noble

Tim-

If we'd known you were there (relatively nearby), we'd have invited you to join our "raid" on downtown Chatham, where we were harbored.

One of our new friends is based in Orleans and that's where we may be performing again either next spring or fall, avoiding the dread summer!

Cheerily,
Charley Noble

I live in Woods Hole - which is nearly 60 miles from P'town, and a dreadful drive to boot!! Glad you had a good time without me. Tim Radford

This gig was a whole lot of fun. We managed to dodge Hurricane Hanna which roared past Saturday night. Sunday was beautiful and we received a warm welcome from the audience at the Pilgrim Monument and Museum, high on the hill overlooking Provincetown Harbor. The audience was a mixture of folks who really enjoyed singing along on choruses, and others who were just amazed that such singing was still happening in this world, and they all seemed to enjoy it. It's nice when everything works.

We also got to enjoy an extended weekend in a beautiful place with a rich nautical history, and we have fond memories of singing songs as we raided the local restaurants and pubs with our new found friends. We also got to fly a full rigged ship kite from the beach in Chatam where we got to stay at a friend's cottage.

We're all looking forward to a return trip next year!

Odd that there doesn't seem to be a single resident Mudcatter out there on Cape Cod.

Cheerily,
Charley Noble

The Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum on Cape Cod is presenting a FREE sea music concert with Roll & Go on Sunday, September 7th, 2 pm, as part of a weekend of nautical activities. Here's a link to their website for further information: Click here for website

The concert will be indoors. So don't worry about Hurricane Hannah. "Never mind the weather, as long as we're together..."

We're thinking of this as a working vacation. I'll be doing some more research on old sailor poet Harry Kemp who was resident there in the 1920's, along with my grandparents and the Provincetown Players.

Cheerily,
Charley Noble
