It was a cracking night last night. Relly good fun....the landlord loved us and made us a huge vat of corned beef hash which was divine.

It will be happening the second tuesday in every month from now on so come along, join in, and enjoy some good food as a bonus!!

It would be great to see loads of you there!!

Believe me its not a wise move to ask him to sing.His singing is best described as OSWP. If he does sing then you are too close to having poetry poemed at you and he will make it sound like an old lady's hairdo

It's a bit of both but the landlord would like it to be either mixed equally or music as he's not really after an all singers session.

Come and sing us a few songs!!

The Rose and Crown hosted the first folk club I ever went to, back in around 1964 - I shouldn't really have been in there as I was only 15 at the time, but people were very welcoming.

Hi guys,

Just to let you know there is a new session starting tomorrow night at the Rose and Crown in hornsea.

It kicks off anywhere from 8pm onwards and the pub's open until midnight.

Matt, the landlord is putting on some grub aswell which is always welcome.

So come on down and bring your instruments and we'll have a cracking good night.

It's going to happen one Tuesday a month.
