Tech: I can't load realplayer.

Anna, what's the name of the file you downloaded? If it ends in .exe, you can just click on it and it'll install itself. If it ends in .zip, then you have to unzip if first, and then you would have to use a program like WinZip or PKUnZip to unzip it. Don't be too upset. The sound quality of Rick's program is awful tonight.

Hang on....the audio quality is really bad tonight, so one can hardly hear what is going on anyway. You have plenty of time to load it before next week's show. Hopefully Joe will help. I cannot remember what I did to laod ours; I just followed the instructions and it worked. sorry....katlaughing

Hi beautiful people,

I can't load this damn realplayer. It keeps asking me what do I want to use to open it. The instructions just say click on it to execute. I'm soooooo upsettt!
