Well done The Irish.
If Scotland can't do it (although I've seen them do it twice)I don't grudge our celtic friends their chance to celebrate - but when did the Irish ever need an excuse for a celebration?

Tune: Irish Washerwoman (I Think), at least it's the one used for "Mactavish is dead!'

Irish Grand Slam 2009

Oh there's Ronan O'Gara, there's Horan, O'Connell,
O'Callaghan, Flannery, Hayes & O'Driscoll.
We're out on the beer & we don't give a damn
'Cos we're all celebrating an Irish Grand Slam

There's Ferris and Heaslip, There's Wallace, O'Leary;
There's D'Arcy & Murphy; There's Bowe & there's Leamy
We'll sing and we'll dance and we'll raise a few beers
For a feat we've not managed for 61 years

There's Kearney, Best, Court & Fitzgerald the winger,
Another O'Driscol & Wallace; there's Stringer
We'll tell the French boys we're the cream duh lah cream
And we're booking some space in this year's Lions team.
