Subject: RE: Flying Chaucers Golders Hill 19th July From: Sarah the flute Date: 20 Jul 09 - 05:32 AM It was a bit blowy (not quite a hurricane but a close approximation) but the rain stayed away and we drew a sizable crowd and even sold a CD! We alsohad a giant wasp nest almost immediately above our heads but the mighty wind kept them at bay. Got a bit nippy after 2 hours but in general a good time was had by all. Sarah |

Subject: RE: Flying Chaucers Golders Hill 19th July From: Suegorgeous Date: 16 Jul 09 - 07:16 PM Awww, if I still lived in London.... sounds lovely! And I remember that cafe with great affection, used to serve great cappucino. Our favourite park for a Sunday family outing. |
Subject: Flying Chaucers Golders Hill 19th July From: Sarah the flute Date: 16 Jul 09 - 10:52 AM The Flying Chaucers will be performing at Golders Hill Park on Sunday 19th July. Lovely park near to Hampstead Heath and an amazing bandsatand that is totally acoustic. There's a cafe nearby and all amenities so bring a picnic and chill out between 3pm and 5pm to the sounds of the Flying Chaucers West Heath Avenue off Finchley Road NW11 7QP For more info http://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/NR/rdonlyres/7CE0BA61-68B2-472E-8A4A-579FDD2F3B71/0/OS_HH_HHnewLRdiary.pdf Cheers Sarah |
