I've just discovered that the introduction from the book 'Still Growing', written by Vic Gammon, is available as a pdf download from Newcastle University.

For those who don't own the book (written by Steve Roud, Malcolm Taylor and Eddie Upton) but have an interest in Sharp, this is an opportunity to read the first 20 pages of the book, written by one of England's foremost folk academics.
