An open acoustic tune and song session at The Plough pub, Plough Lane, Ley Green, near Hitchin, Herts, SG4 8LA.

EVERY Tuesday evening (EXCEPT the 2nd Tuesday of each month) from 8.00pm-ish.

The Plough is a small, traditional country pub with few frills. No video games or jukebox! Heaven. Attendance is unpredictable - sometimes nearly empty, sometimes packed.

Acoustic instruments and singers welcome. No snobbery or elitism. All ability levels welcome. All musical styles/genres welcome, although I'm trying to encourage Trad tunes and folk songs. Blues, 60s/70s classics, acoustic pop covers... all ok.

We go around the table so everyone gets a fair crack. No pressure: just pass on your turn to start a tune or sing a song if you'd rather just jam along.
