Subject: RE: Brent Hall - get well soon From: GUEST,karen k Date: 09 Nov 10 - 05:30 AM Brent, So sorry to hear about your injury. Hope you have a speedy recovery. What is the Sounding Board doing without you? Brent has been one of the mainstays of the Sounding Board since its inception in 1973. Ask anyone who has played there and they will tell you that he is the best soundman in the country. Get well soon, Brent karen kobela |

Subject: Brent Hall - get well soon From: Ed Brown Date: 08 Nov 10 - 02:03 PM Brent Hall injured his knee in a fall at the Sounding Board on October 30 and is presently recuperating from surgery. The upside of this unfortunate event is that it provides a golden opportunity for all of us who appreciate what Brent Hall has done over these many years for the Sounding Board, Branford, and other folk music venues and events to actually TELL HIM how much we appreciate his dedicated service to the folk music community. Wouldn't it be great if we could inundate his room at the rehab center with get well cards that also thank him for all he has done? Until at least Sat. Nov. 13 you can send your card to Brent Hall c/o Elim Park Room 112 140 Cook Hill Road Cheshire, CT 06410 |
