So....how much does it rent for? By the day, week, month? Are utilities included? Pets allowed? Short-term or long-term lease? What about the neighbours? Security deposit? Drinking and cohabitation allowed? Are there any covenants dictating outside or inside improvements or decor?

Think vacantly! No, I will be away tomorrow shepherding new students through a nature reserve. I am sure a story or two will surface later, and perhaps we may even survive. This space will be free. Pleae rush in.
