Subject: Ron Trueman-Border - Sidcup - Sat Feb 5 From: Rafflesbear Date: 29 Jan 11 - 12:48 PM Sidcup's own master of dark lyrics and singable choruses has a home fixture next Saturday. Ron Trueman-Border will play an evening at the Seven Stars in Foots Cray High Street, Sidcup, together with his band of superb musicians the Strangers. This is the gig that the Seven Stars regulars have been waiting for. A frequent visitor to the Crayside Folk Club, next Saturday Ron will have the opportunity to display the considerable depth of his songwriting and performing talent. The quality of acts at Crayside Live has been rapidly building up attendances since it began in November last year and this will be the first evening given over to predominantly one performer. There will be the usual hot snacks and guest real ale available in the wonderful friendly atmosphere of this 16th century grade 2 listed riverside pub. |
