I don't think it's similar to Waltons or, at an earlier stage Nugents. I'm pretty certain to have seen such things, especially since Joybell describes the output as 'prolific'. I suspect it's an American printing house.
By the way, if you go to the Irish Traditional Music Archive Website you will find that they have digitised a tranche of early twentieth century song books by Nugents. www.itma.ie

Must admit it's a new one on me as well, John. Could it be one of those late 19thc places printing the little song booklets, something similar to Walton's? Especially if Benson's index only covers the first half of the century.

I'm puzzled, despite forty years and more of research into the popular printing of songs in Ireland, using libraries and private collections in Ireland, Britain, US and Australia, I have never come across any ballad sheets with the imprint 'Dublin Publishing House'. Nor does DR Charles Benson's Index to the Dublin Print Trade 1800 - 1850 list any house of that name. Does the above message refer to an Irish publisher at all? Where was it located?

In the interests of truth in labeling some facts about this prolific publishing house need to be considered.
During the 19th century the Dublin Publishing House re-printed hundreds of broadsides from London -- the 7 Dials publishers in particular. These songs came in turn from English and Scottish collections, from new songs written in London, and from performers in London. They also published some songs from Ireland and from Irish song-writers living in Ireland and elsewhere.
Also to note is the theatre in Dublin where performers from London and from North America took their Minstrel songs and dances. Clog-dancers, and bell-ringers, from Lancashire, singers, actors...

This is not the only problem of definition but for the last few decades it's been a big one.
