Wish I could be at one of these gigs, he's brilliant, (I have to say I'm a little biased as I did some harmonies on his new cd which is excellent)

If you can't make it all the way down to deepest Sussex, stay or visit North Yorkshire, the best bit of God's country, and enjoy Steve's performance at the lovely White Hart Inn with a real coal fire.

Hello everyone
a reminder that this Saturday at The White Hart Folk Club, in Mickleby,nr Whitby, kicking off at 8.30pm or earlier if we are full, we have the very excellent Steve Turner. Some of you will have seen Steve at clubs in the area since he made a welcome comeback to the folk scene. He is a great singer with a good mix of traditional, contemporary and even a classical song or two accompanied on the concertina and bouzouki.
Have a listen to him on You Tube, either search Steve Turner or Bath Folk Festival 2011.
We have ordered clear roads and good weather, see you Saturday.
