this Bruce Springsteen song.."Across the Border" has a similar line,,,but doesn't seem to have the second part, so I guess it is not it...(pretty, though)

I was "on hold" today for about 30 minutes, listening to "on hold" music and I heard these beautiful lyrics, although I heard only a couple of lines ... "As we meet on the other side ..." and "I will hold as a mother holds a child ..." It was being sung by a woman, with another woman singing a soft harmony. What little I heard was absolutely beautiful and I have never heard the song. Would like to know the name and who's recording it is. Thanks much ... moonchild
