Tune Add: ProMusica Antiqua

I have an mp3 recording of a recital I recorded of a singer and pianist performing the hilarious the ProMusica Antiqua tune (lyrics located at http://mudcat.org/@displaysong.cfm?SongID=4804). It was recorded in 1961 at the Wildacres retreat and done by two musicians from the Charlotte Oratorio Society.   

I have not seen the melody anywhere. My recording is not a great recording but you can sure get the melody from it.
