I heard this during open sing at YTS 2020 and sadly neglected to catch up with the singer after session. Here's the fragment of the chorus that I recall: Up on sweet Lake Apple's shore I could stay forevermore ??? ??? Sweet Apple, lake of dreams! The song is set in Washington, I believe, and it's a heartwarming big-fish story about trying to get to one lake, getting lost in the snow, and ending up at Lake Apple instead. |
