Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Baby Born (Christmas) From: cnd Date: 30 Sep 20 - 10:22 PM I can't find much at all about this album. Here's the best I can do with what's available on the web: Assuming the band's name is indeed The Proclaimers, the song's full title is "Baby Born in Bethlehem," and is song A3 on an eponymous album by The Proclaimers, which rateyourmusic.com dates to 1970, though there's a good chance that's simply an estimation. It was released on the Angelus label, Angelus WR-4684. https://rateyourmusic.com/release/album/the_proclaimers__us_/the_proclaimers.p/ |

Subject: Lyr Req: Baby Born (Christmas) From: Joe Offer Date: 30 Sep 20 - 08:18 PM Jerry Michaels is looking for lyrics and information about a Christmas song called "Baby Born." It was written by Edna Mae Ritchie Michaels, and performed by a group called The Proclaimers (in the 1950s, I think). Anybody know of this song? -Joe- |
