A phrase from one of the parts of this "electrified fairy tale" popped into my brain, and I pulled the thread and -after a while and then caving and googling the phrase- this came out of the deep recesses of college memory... The kind that if you have, you weren't really there. Must have not thought about/of this since maybe the 80's? I should have played it for the kids when they were kids...
Shocked, shocked not to already see a thread about this great adventure story song!

just picture little fairies with wee, tiny electric guitars.
