Oyster Stew - heard it in the 1950's in WY. A cowboy goes into town after months on the trail. Goes to a restaurant & orders oyster stew. The stew is served, and the one oyster pleads with the cowboy not to eat him, 'cause he's been in 27 stews that day, etc.
