Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Murphy's ??? Mill sung by Irish Rovers From: cnd Date: 29 May 25 - 08:08 AM I glanced through their discography this morning (link) and the only song I found by the Irish Rovers with "mill" in the title is The Braidwater Mill, from their 2020 album Saints And Sinners (Rover Records IRD0220). But I didn't hear anything about an archbishop. Pat of Mullingar has a bishop in the song (but no mills, and is not so nostalgic) |

Subject: Lyr Req: Murphy's ??? Mill sung by Irish Rovers From: GUEST,mg Date: 28 May 25 - 09:26 PM I am looking for a song that was on youtube and perhaps mixed with another song. I think it was written by George Millar. It is about someone who has a mill and gets rich and invites the archbishop over and gets nostalgic. Any ideas? |
