I glanced through their discography this morning (link) and the only song I found by the Irish Rovers with "mill" in the title is The Braidwater Mill, from their 2020 album Saints And Sinners (Rover Records IRD0220). But I didn't hear anything about an archbishop.

Pat of Mullingar has a bishop in the song (but no mills, and is not so nostalgic)

I am looking for a song that was on youtube and perhaps mixed with another song. I think it was written by George Millar. It is about someone who has a mill and gets rich and invites the archbishop over and gets nostalgic. Any ideas?
