It has an 'About us' page:
"Welcome! We are Folk Network, based in Sheffield, and we created this website with an aim to promote folk music and dance in Sheffield and across the UK."

I came across a link to a defunct Website today, http://www.folk-network.com/

Can anybody tell us about this Website and what happened to it? I suspect it was the South Riding Folk Network operated by the late Malcolm Douglas, who contributed so much to the content of Mudcat. It can be accessed through the archive.org Wayback Machine.
