Subject: RE: Lyr Req: When the herring are gone From: Robert B. Waltz Date: 11 Mar 26 - 02:42 PM I'm pretty sure I remember that song from the "Songs of the Fishing" LP on Kettle Records (which is by Cilla only; Artie doesn't appear although an online discography says he produced it). Unfortunately, that's one of my parents' records, not one of mine, so I can't transcribe it for you. But that's where to look. |

Subject: Lyr Req: When the herring are gone From: GUEST,Emma Date: 11 Mar 26 - 02:01 PM I think that this might be a Cilla Fisher and Artie Tresize song but I can't find it anywhere. I only remember snatches: What will we do when the fishing is over What will we do when the herring are gone I mind the days with the birds and the fishes How will we ever... Would appreciate any I sights. |
