Subject: RE: 2026 Obit: RIP Paul Geremia From: Cool Beans Date: 16 Mar 26 - 11:18 AM I'm so sorry. I may have been the first journalist to write about him: in 1969 in the Providence Journal Sunday magazine when his first album came out. I saw him some years ago, before his stroke, when he played a club in Detroit (I brought him a copy of the article). He seemed frail at the time, said he was getting over a bad cold. |

Subject: Obit: RIP Paul Geremia From: Mark Ross Date: 15 Mar 26 - 03:44 PM Turned on Facebook when I woke up, and the first message on my feed was from Dakota Dave Hull announcing the demise of another old friend, Paul Geremia. Is there some sort of virus targeting aging, white blues singers? This is the third one in as many weeks. John Hammond, Roy Book Binder, and now Paul. We are losing too many too fast. |
