Subject: RE: old-time banjo project From: GUEST,Bud Savoie Date: 07 Feb 00 - 06:44 PM A tape would do just fine. It certainly is out of print, as are all of the old Elektra albums, good, bad, and ugly. My snail mail address: Bud Savoie Fox Hill Farm 121 Touisset Rd. Warren, RI 02885 Many thanks. Any chance you could photo the liner notes? They are most helpful. If inconvenient, don't. B |

Subject: old-time banjo project From: GUEST,Bud Savoie Date: 06 Feb 00 - 07:21 PM For some years I have been searching for a copy of "Old-time Banjo Project," an album that was put out by Elektra Records in the '60s. Can't find it on Ebay or various banjo and old-timey links. I'm certain that it has not been CDd as so many of the great albums were, and it probably was not a million-seller. But can anyone out there help a frustrated old banjo-picker find the album he wishes he'd bought back when it was available? Bud Savoie |
