Thanks liams brother, but I'm totally new to NYcity and would love to have the where abouts of these sessions or the name of a magazine I can get when I arrive, or a good web page with such listings.

Eve, there is an Irish session in NYC every night with more than one on most nights. There are also bluegrass and American old-time music jams.
