Subject: RE: The Cry of Tin From: Penny S. Date: 04 Sep 00 - 05:48 PM I've heard a couple of the songs on local radio down there, very good. I somehow missed this posting before I went, or I would have tried to see it. Penny |

Subject: The Cry of Tin From: Kernow John Date: 10 Jul 00 - 06:45 PM If any of you are going to be within reach of Cornwall over the next few months I urge you to go and see the this musical about the rise and fall of tin mining in this land. It is presented in a similar style to that of the Radio Ballads, ie. song and narration. There are 14 new songs (as far as I can remember) all written by Cornish songwriters and there is not a bad one among them. I have the words and the music and will ask Mike O'Conner the producer for permission to post some. regards Baz |
