Subject: RE: Help: FolkChat support??? From: Jon Freeman Date: 20 Jul 00 - 10:29 PM It appears that my Firewall may hae been part of the problem with that attempt. I closed it and Jeri was able to log on straight away. JON |

Subject: RE: Help: FolkChat support??? From: Jon Freeman Date: 20 Jul 00 - 06:06 PM Folk Chat is normally only up and running during the MCR when Max starts the server up so you should not normally see a red, green or red/green flashing light. There was a problem with it last night and Max, Alison and myself who can all run this server could not get it started. I did make a couple of attempts to start it today and as far as I am aware, it is woking correctly again. I have just started the server up again for you to see if you can get into it. If the light is flashing, try disconnecing from the AL and reconnecting. Note that you cannot connect to the AL in inisible mode. Jon |
