Hello, I am Spanish and I don't know very much about Irish music (just that I like it). The reason why I am writing here is because I'd like to find the title and singer of a song which I heard a lot when I was a student and didn't know English. The only clues I've got about the song are that it was about a girl who was very upset because her love had left her but came to the determination of going on living without him, and that the lyrics said something like 'got to stop thinking of him'. I know it's not much, but I can't remember anything else. Maybe it's a Mary Black's song, but I'm not sure at all. This song helped me a lot and I feel a bit of nostalgia about it. I would be very thankful if someone could help me on this matter. Go raibh maith agat (for taking the time of reading this)!
