Cleigh reports to me that for the time he was there he really liked it a lot. He said Dave did some songs that I really like such as "Talkin' Dust Bowl" and "Hobo Bill's LAst Ride." He was rather upset though that although he said he was trying to behave himself and was polite to everyone, HearMe kicked him out and would not let him back in.

It really was a nice mix and you did a wonderful job, Dave, sorry I had to leave just before your closing. I loved the way you opened, describing the hall and the audience coming in; you really set the scene well, in fact it sounds as though you have a lot of professional radio announcing experience!

This is your formal invitation (if you needed one) to a concert of folk-type songs on Thursday evening at 8:00 PM Mudcat time. We will meet at the HearMe Concert Room.

There'll be funny songs, historical songs, and romantical songs, some sung with guitar, some with banjo, some unaccompanied.
