Mario, good idea. For this week, IvanB has offered to open the room and I've just sent him the admin key. I'll also send it to Lanfranc.

Sandy - why don't you give the info for administrative rights to the concert room to each performer in a PM - then they can open it themselves? (Just a suggestion)

Mary, you have to download the software from here:

Click here

Then install and register, etc. You'll find the Mudcat rooms (when thy're open) under Groups/Music. For the Mudcat Song Circle, once you get in, someone will give you instructions on how to open the room when nobody's there.

Not this week. You forget the road trip.

But if you can give me administrator status and help me figure out how to use it, I might for future concerts that went on early.

ps: From what I've seen so far, I think a locked room may be a useful alternative.

I have set up a locked (password protected) concert room on Paltalk. It probably won't be available this week because I don't get out of work util a bit after 6:00. The password is_marmot_. If we really want to use it this week, maybe I can get Midchuck to open it for the concert.
