Subject: RE: Lyr Req: I remember all the little- I'm so lo From: Helen Date: 29 Nov 00 - 04:24 PM Thanks Snuffy & Quincy/Yvonne. You have put me out of my misery and reminded me how much I like that song, especially the variations in the melody. Now to find the midi and I'll be an absolutely happy-chappy. It's a good prospect for the Celtic harp/flute/guitar group my sister, her hubby and I are tinkering with. Sis & I did a wedding gig on Saturday - first real fully paid professional gig. (Though of course this song wouldn't be an appropriate wedding song - grin) Helen

Subject: Lyr Add: LOVER COME BACK TO ME (Romberg, Hammerst. From: Quincy Date: 29 Nov 00 - 05:34 AM Spot on Snuffy! Here you go Helen......I hope! LOVER COME BACK TO ME Sigmund Romberg / Oscar Hammerstein II You went away I let you We broke the ties that bind I wanted to forget you And leave the past behind Still, the magic if the night I met you Seems to stay forever in my mind The sky was blue And high above The moon was new And so was love This eager heart of mine was singing Lover where can you be You came at last Love had its day That day is past You've gone away This aching heart of mine is singing Lover come back to me When I remember every little thing You used to do I'm so lonely Every road I walk along I walk along with you No wonder I am lonely The sky is blue The night is cold The moon is new But love is old And while I'm waiting here This heart of mine is singing Lover come back to me When I remember every little thing You used to do I grow lonely Every road I walk along I walk along with you No wonder I am lonely The sky is blue The night is cold The moon is new But love is old And while I'm waiting here This heart of mine is singing Lover come back to me best wishes, Yvonne |

Subject: I remember all the little- I'm so lonely From: Helen Date: 28 Nov 00 - 04:46 PM I have an earworm. It's a break section of an old popular song, but it's all I can remember. To make it worse it seems to work well with almost any other song which comes to my mind which is in a similar timing. I know you guys can help me out. All I know is:
I remember all the little things we used to do. Helen
