Paddy, sorry, I don't know the chords, though I think they're actually a simplified version of the original, but if you want to find out more about Iz and his music, check out this Israel Kamakawiwo'ole Tribute Page. I believe the song was also used in the movie "Meet Joe Black", and the ukulele instrumental break was in a TV commercial, for Wal-Mart, I think. He was a magnificent singer, and is sorely missed by people here in Hawaii and around the world.

I just saw the movie "Finding Forrester" and feel in love with the version of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" as performed by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. Does anyone know the chords to this fantastic arrangement? Any help will do. Thanks.
