I liked the idea of selling a do-it-yourself version for $20 dollars where you get "everything but the tub" - a bit loike the garage advertsing a do-it-yorself hand carwash.

Actually, that was quite edible SPAM. Thanks to Spaw. (He isn't really the guy selling the tub-bass kits himself is he? Got on to the case suspiciously smartish...)

Kat, that's the thing around here that's always so enjoyable. Everybody will talk about damn near any subject and turn it into something. That particular quality makes it hard to stop flamers or spammers, but I wouldn't trade it for anything, and I don't think anyone else would either.

So if this guy sold something and/or a flamer gets his jollies or whatever.......who really cares? We're having a pretty good time too!!!

Don't worry about it Kim........The guy was spamming and I made a crack about it, but it started a long conversation on the subject he was peddling. He was at least selling something musical! He also seems to think I'm the site owner or something.

Well Chris, it was a nice touch on your part, starting a thread and then answering your own question. If you did sell something here, good for you. At least you didn't sell it to me. I like different twists on the same old shit! Its like getting a new phone sales pitch. I was always looking for new ways to make a sale myself so I am not without appreciation for the method.
